My name is Don Elliott and I am passionate about my work. Nothing pleases me more than coaching an individual or group and seeing the smiles on their faces when they have learnt something new or when they learnt a new coaching tool that will help them coach their peers.

I have delivered training and coaching in Europe and all over North America and I have learnt from everyone I coached. What I have found is that we retain and remember more if we are having fun while we are learning. I away's bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm to my training.
